Okta experience a plus.Email Security at ScaleLead Exchange mail flow architecture and partner on Mimecast (or similar) for phishing protection, continuity, and message tracing.Automation & OptimizationBuild PowerShell automation that scales — access reviews, reporting, lifecycle management — while optimizing licensing to balance cost and capability.Leadership & InfluenceBe the escalation point for the toughest Tier 2/3 issues, mentor junior admins, and collaborate across Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, and HRIS.What You Bring5–8+ years administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment, with a track record of owning complex platforms at scaleDeep expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDriveAdvanced knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity lifecycle managementStrong PowerShell scripting chopsSolid grasp of cloud security, compliance, and governanceNice to have: Okta, Mimecast, Intune/Zero Trust experience, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, or background in a regulated industry (finance, healthcare, government).3 days a week on site in Liberec is there normal work expectationsInterview process: (2 total interviews)1 hour with the manager and one engineer who are in Liberec30-minute final interview with the VP who runs the department who's here in the US
