Location: UK | France | Germany | Italy | Spain | Romania | Netherlands | Sweden | Poland We are looking for an experienced Patient Monitoring Modality Specialist to support our mid-acuity, vital signs, wearable monitoring and general care portfolio. This strategic European role connects clinical practice, product technology and commercial execution. As a remote based role, you can be in any European country where we have a legal entity but need to be close to an airport for Europe wide travel.What You Will DoLead and support European product launches and go-to-market activity.Translate technical features into clear clinical, operational and commercial value.Support strategic customer opportunities, demonstrations and product evaluations.Train and enable regional sales teams, distributors and clinical specialists.Provide European market, customer and competitor insight to Global HQ and R&D.Develop consistent product positioning and messaging across European markets.What we are looking forYou will currently work in either product management, product marketing, clinical applications, sales enablement, strategic accounts, or a product or modality specialist role.Proven experience in patient monitoring, vital signs, life support or critical care.Strong knowledge of general care, high-dependency or critical care hospital workflows.Experience with mid-acuity monitoring, telemetry, connected monitoring or wearable solutions.Product launch, go-to-market or value proposition experience.Ability to communicate complex technology clearly to clinical and commercial stakeholders.Strong presentation, stakeholder management and influencing skills.Fluent written and spoken English.Ability to travel approximately 30-50% across Europe.You will have the right to work in the country for which you have applied without the requirement of company sponsorship.Why join Mindray?You will work with colleagues across Europe and globally, contribute to future product innovation, and help healthcare teams adopt monitoring technologies that support safer, smarter and more connected patient care.
