This role in summaryBeko Europe is looking for a motivated and analytical intern to join the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) organization. The intern will support operational excellence initiatives across multiple technology domains, including Network, Cloud, SAP, End User Services, Data Center, Security and Infrastructure Operations.The role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in enterprise IT operations while contributing to data-driven decision-making, performance analytics, process improvement and automation initiatives.Your responsibilities will includeOperational Performance Analytics Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data from multiple infrastructure domains.Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and operational scorecards.Support the creation of regular management reports and executive summaries.Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for service improvement.Measure operational performance against SLAs, KPIs, and service targets.Automation & Process Improvement Support the identification of repetitive operational activities suitable for automation.Develop simple automations, scripts, and workflows using modern IT and productivity tools.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Infrastructure & Operations.Assist in standardizing operational reporting and data collection processes.Cross-Domain Infrastructure Support Collaborate with Network, Cloud, SAP, Infrastructure, and Service Management teams.Support operational reviews, service governance activities, and improvement programs.Assist in incident trend analysis, problem management reviews, and root-cause investigations.Participate in operational meetings and contribute data-driven insights.Data Visualization & Reporting Build dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar analytics platforms.Transform complex operational data into clear management insights.Support executive presentations and operational review materials.Minimum requirementsCurrently pursuing a master’s degree in: Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related disciplineMicrosoft Excel (advanced level preferred)Power BI or other reporting toolsData analysis and visualization techniquesSQL, Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languagesCloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) – basic understandingIT Infrastructure concepts (networking, servers, virtualization, SAP, cloud services)Strong analytical and problem-solving mindsetAttention to detail and data accuracyCuriosity and willingness to learn enterprise technologiesGood communication and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environmentFluent EnglishProactive attitude and continuous improvement mindsetWhat we offerYou can expect to gain so much more than a curricular full time 6-month internship:great business exposure and hands-on experiencefull accountability of your own projectconstant support and interaction with our managersa monthly expense reimbursement of 900€ gross, + meal vouchers (10€ per day for each day in the office)smart, open space and hi-tech office environmentthe opportunity to work into the number one major appliance manufacturer in the world.Sounds interesting?Apply now!We are an equal opportunity employer.
