We are looking for an experienced Data Transformation Programme Manager to lead a large-scale data and AI transformation programme across an enterprise environment.This is a senior delivery role, working closely with Data, Technology and Business leadership across a number of workstreams including data platforms, governance, analytics, AI and wider transformation.The programme is already underway, so we need someone who can come in quickly, take ownership and provide structure across multiple teams and stakeholders.Contract: 12+ monthsLocation: Remote, with frequent travel to Berlin, GermanyStart: ASAPResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of a major data and AI transformation programmeCoordinate multiple data, platform, analytics, AI and governance workstreamsWork closely with senior stakeholders across Data, Technology and the wider businessManage programme plans, dependencies, risks and delivery milestonesSupport the development of a modern enterprise data platformHelp align data platform work with AI and advanced analytics initiativesCoordinate internal teams, external partners and specialist contractorsProvide clear reporting and communication to senior leadershipImprove programme governance and ways of workingExperienceStrong experience delivering large Data or Technology transformation programmesExperience working within complex enterprise environmentsGood understanding of modern data platforms and cloud-based data environmentsExposure to platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure or AWSExperience working across Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, AI or Data Governance teamsExperience supporting AI, machine learning or advanced analytics programmesStrong senior stakeholder management experiencePrevious contract or interim experienceHigh-level English is essentialGerman language skills would be a bonusYou do not need to be a hands-on technical specialist, but you should be comfortable working with senior Data Architects, Engineers, AI teams, Platform teams and Data leadership.
