The company operates internationally from offices across Europe, North America, Asia Pacific and Africa.Job DescriptionJoin our IT and Digitalization Team!You will be part of the IT and Digitalization function, working in an international and diverse environment to drive digital transformation across ib vogt. As Digital Program Manager you will support our digital transformation initiatives across IT, Digitalization, Data, and AI - contributing to portfolio governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and delivery coordination across the organisation.This is a growth role for an early-career PM with strong technical instincts who wants to develop into a senior Digital Program Manager within 2–3 years.What You Will Be Responsible ForPortfolio Governance & ReportingSupport the establishment and operation of standardised IT/Digital project governance processesMaintain portfolio reporting and dashboarding capabilities - including building and updating dashboards directly, not just commissioning others to do soPrepare clear project updates, risk summaries, and management reports while ensuring visibility and traceability across digital initiatives through consistent tracking and documentationAgile Delivery SupportFacilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, IT/Digital teams, and external vendorsPromote agile practices by enabling continuous improvement, removing blockers, and ensuring delivery transparencyStakeholder Engagement & CommunicationAct as the link between business and IT/Digital stakeholders, clearly communicating status, risks, and key decisionsDrive stakeholder engagement and change initiatives across transformation programsFacilitate collaboration through workshops and promote effective team communicationDigital Adoption & Collaboration CultureAdvocate for digital-first, AI-enabled ways of working and drive awareness of transformation initiativesFoster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across business and IT/Digital teamsEncourage strong business ownership and active engagement in digital initiatives.QualificationsThe right candidate is comfortable operating hands-on with digital tools and infrastructure, uses AI to accelerate their work, and brings the interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships across business and IT teams from day one.2–4 years of experience in a PMO, digital delivery, IT coordination, or programme support roleProficient with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), M365 stack (SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Office applications), and project delivery tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)Comfortable building and maintaining reporting infrastructure directly, including Power BI or equivalent data visualisation toolsActive user of AI productivity tools (MS Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) with the ability to apply them effectively across drafting, research, summarisation, and analysis tasksSolid understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and agile delivery principlesExperience working in cross-functional environments with both business and IT stakeholdersStrong organisational, analytical, and communication skills - written and verbalFluent in English; German is a plusAdditional InformationA truly international working environment with colleagues from all over the worldAn open-minded, friendly, dynamic, and highly motivated teamInteresting and challenging tasks, and thus a scope of professional growth and developmentWe encourage both team work and personal responsibilityCompetitive remuneration, and other exciting benefits.We know that no candidate ticks every box.
