Maxime, our Chief of Staff, turns their priorities into projects, and his own scope is growing fast.We are opening a Founder Associate internship to give them leverage. You report to Maxime and work on the founders' priorities, in daily contact with the three of them. The role is open to business and engineering profiles.Your missionTake on the topics Eliott and Hugo cannot dig into themselves and bring each one to a result they can use: a quantified recommendation they can decide on, a model or a process the team works with, or an experiment with measured results.Expected outcomesAfter 1 month:You know the product, our customers and how each team works, in France and in the USYou have delivered a first project from start to finish, scoped with MaximeAfter 3 months:The US sales team works from a target account list you built from our usage data, with the enablement material that goes with itYou have presented a first quantified market study to the founders (a new vertical or a new country): sizing, segmentation and a go or no-go recommendationThe Chief of Staff team uses a financial model you built, on unit economics or on an expansion scenarioAfter 6 months:You run two or three recurring topics on your ownYou have designed and run at least one growth experiment, from hypothesis to a statistical reading of the results, with a recommendation to scale or stopAt least one of your recommendations has become a company decisionWhat You Will Work OnYou cannot list everything a Founder Associate does. This is what your day-to-day looks like.Market explorationRun quantified studies on new verticals and new countries: market sizing, segmentation, go-to-market modelingRun product and competitive benchmarksBring structured recommendations back to the foundersGrowth and US sales enablementDesign growth experiments and measure them: hypotheses, metrics, statistical reading of the resultsBuild target account and call lists for the US team from our usage dataProduce the enablement material the sales team needsFinance structuringBuild financial models with Maxime: unit economics, expansion scenarios, sensitivity to pricing assumptionsBuild the reports used to steer the companyRun the analyses the founders need to make a decisionPublic affairsFollow the regulation of AI in healthcare and the public debate around it, and flag what affects usMap the public bodies, health authorities and professional organizations that matter for Vocca, in France and in the USPrepare the founders' meetings with them: briefs, position notes, follow-upsFounder brandingMake Eliott and Hugo known and listened to in two communities: the healthcare professionals who buy Vocca, and the talent we want to hireRun their content with them: LinkedIn posts, talks, eventsTrack what works with each audience and adjustOps playbook, depending on your profileDepending on what you thrive in, business, engineering or something else, you can also take ownership of pieces of our Ops playbook: the process by which we deploy a voice agent in a new clinic, from configuration to go-live.Map each step and instrument it with the right dataFind where time and quality are lostRedesign the process so it scales from hundreds to thousands of sites without growing the team at the same rateBeyond this listDepending on what you are good at and what you want to learn, you will pick up other topics: recruiting, internal operations, internal communication.This role is for you ifRequirements:You are in your final year at a top-tier engineering or business school and looking for a 6-month end-of-studies internship starting in January 2027You have already built something: you ran a student society, launched a project, or worked in a demanding environment such as a startup, a bank or a consulting firmYou are fluent in French and EnglishWhat we will assess:You understand fast, and you can turn a vague question into a structured answer with a recommendationYou have strong business sense. You will work with the founders and Maxime every dayYou are at ease with numbers and data: you can build a model, size a market and read the results of an experimentYou are very autonomous and organized. You manage up: you say what you need, raise blockers early and follow up without being askedYou are entrepreneurial. You know the startup world, you love tech, and you want to start a company one dayYou are AI literate and understand how an AI product worksYou break silos: you move easily between teams in Paris and New YorkYou keep asking how you could do better and have more impactNice to have: programming notions, which help on the Ops playbook.This role is NOT for you ifYou want a fixed scope.
