You’ll get to:Lead complex digital transformation projects from planning through execution and delivery, aligned to SEF strategic goals.Manage and mentor a team of 2 PIM specialists, supporting performance, growth, and career development.Apply Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies based on project scope, stakeholder needs, and implementation requirements.Establish project governance through steering committees, status reporting, escalation paths, and risk management.Oversee PIM system implementation and optimization to centralize, harmonize, and govern product data across sources and ERPs.Define data architecture, quality rules, workflows, and migration standards to support 300K+ SKUs across global markets.Implement automated data enrichment and AI-driven content generation to improve product content accuracy and efficiency.Partner with IT and development teams to enhance website performance, analytics, SEO, CRO, personalization, and UX.Lead optimization of DAM and eCommerce platforms while advancing AI tools, chatbots, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics.Collaborate with marketing, IT, product teams, and agency partners to manage dependencies, stakeholder communication, KPIs, budgets, and ROI.The Person:You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
