We are currently 10 team members with one Director.What Makes Us SpecialAdvance your career with exciting professional opportunities in our thriving company with a startup feel.Voice your unique ideas in a corporate culture defined by our entrepreneurial spirit, openness, and integrity.Feel at home working with our helpful, enthusiastic colleagues who have great team spirit.Broaden your perspective with our extensive training curriculum and learning programs (e.g. LinkedIn Learning).Speak your mind in our holistic feedback and development processes (e.g. 360-degree feedback).Enjoy our benefits, such as hybrid working, daycare allowance, corporate discounts, and wellbeing support (e.g. Headspace).Unwind in our break areas where you can help yourself to the healthy snacks and beverages provided.See another side of your coworkers at our frequent employee events and highly anticipated World Meeting and Holiday Party.How You Will Create An ImpactOperational ResponsibilityTake ownership of the stable operation and continuous enhancement of the Data & Analytics system landscape, with a focus on SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere.Manage the development pipeline for SAP Business Data Cloud requirements.Drive the development and implementation of the Data & Analytics and BI strategy (including reporting and frontend tools).Ensure system availability, performance, and data quality.Design, operate and optimize data architecture, data models, and reporting structures.Manage and oversee external service providers in day-to-day operations.Demand Management and data architectureAdvise business departments on the use and evolution of reporting and analytics solutions.Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to develop tailored, innovative data solutions.Governance and InnovationsEstablish, foster and further develop standards, governance frameworks, and best practices in the SAP BDC environment.Identify and implement innovations and new technologies within the SAP Analytics ecosystem.About YouSeveral years of experience in operating and enhancing SAP Analytics solutions, especially SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification.Strong expertise in data modeling, data architecture, and reporting, as well as ETL and ELT processes.Experience in defining and implementing BI strategies and governance models.Strong analytical skills and a structured, self-driven working style.Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills to assess complex situations, identify issues and root causes, evaluate options, and implement effective, data-driven solutions.Strong user orientation, with a focus on understanding user needs and ensuring applications meet their expectations, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and stakeholders.Advanced verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proficient in both spoken and written English to effectively communicate with international teams, vendors, and stakeholders.Have we sparked your interest?
