Explore the role below and apply to become part of our team.About the RoleJoin the Enterprise Architecture team as the owner of the company’s Quality Assurance architecture, defining the standards, methodological frameworks, and technical solutions required to ensure a consistent, automated testing strategy aligned with the evolution of the corporate Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).The role will serve as the technical authority for QA teams across different functional domains, providing expert guidance and final-level support on architectural decisions, solution design, and compliance with established standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.Define, implement, and maintain QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for various projects.Oversee the entire software testing lifecycle, including functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.Collaborate closely with development, product management, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure testability.Identify, document, and track software defects, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution.Drive the adoption and implementation of test automation frameworks and tools.Monitor and report on key quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.Participate in release planning and readiness activities, ensuring quality gates are met.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and trends in software quality assurance.Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities for team members.About YouQualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or lead role.Proven experience in leading and managing QA teams.Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).Expertise in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, JUnit, NUnit, pytest).Proficiency in using defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM).Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience in the financial services industry, particularly banking or investment platforms, is highly desirable.What You Will Find When Working at AllfundsAll for ExcellenceWe combine expertise, innovation, and passion to deliver outstanding services to our clients, employees, and partners.All for AccountabilityWe act with transparency, integrity, and responsibility in everything we do.All for EmpowermentWe continuously improve our tools and services to help our clients and employees achieve their goals.All for InspirationPeople are our driving force.
