Tell us about your strengths and apply as a Intern ICT Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) (m/f/d)What To ExpectSupport the qualification of ICT third-party providers and their servicesHelp coordinate and track supplier assessments, open requests and required follow-upsReview submitted information for completeness, consistency and data qualitySupport the documentation of qualification results, identified issues, risks and remediation measuresAssist with the ongoing monitoring of ICT third-party providers, including operational, security, resilience, compliance and financial risk indicatorsMaintain accurate and traceable information in relevant TPRM tools and reporting solutionsPrepare status reports, management information and operational process metricsFollow up with internal stakeholders and support communication with suppliersContribute to the improvement of TPRM processes, templates, guidance materials and reportingSupport selected Group-wide TPRM initiatives and collaboration with UNIQA business unitsWhat We ExpectOngoing university studies, ideally in business administration, risk management, information security, IT, law, finance, data analytics or a related fieldInterest in third-party risk, information security, operational resilience or regulatory topicsA structured and reliable way of workingStrong attention to detail and confidence working with dataGood analytical and problem-solving skills. Competence on business intelligence solutions and methods (i.e. data modeling, Power BI) are bonus – but not required.Clear communication skills and the confidence to follow up with different stakeholdersGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointVery good written and spoken English; German or another Central and Eastern European language is an advantagePrevious experience with risk management, procurement, compliance, Power BI, SAP Ariba or GRC tools is welcome but not requiredIdentify repetitive activities that could be simplified or partially automated, where you support designing and testing prompts, reusable AI workflows and practical TPRM use casesAt UNIQA, we embrace diversity and consciously foster different perspectives in our teams and leadership positions.
