They also contribute to defining the target solution, steering implementation activities and, depending on the context, coordinating the development team or partners involved in the integration.Your MissionUnderstand the client's business challenges related to store operations, checkout processes, sales flows, and the interactions between the Point of Sale (POS) solution and other systems within the Retail information system.Participate in pre-sales activities by supporting sales teams in requirements qualification, defining the functional scope, and contributing to responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals).Facilitate workshops with clients to gather, challenge, and prioritize functional and operational requirements related to infrastructure/cloud, networks, databases, and custom developments.Produce project definition deliverables, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, target processes, and business rules.Translate business needs into clear requirements for development teams, integration teams, or third-party software vendors.Contribute to solution design, ensuring alignment with the client's business, technical, and operational constraints.Monitor project progress, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful execution through to production deployment.Participate in functional testing, integration testing, business validation, and deployment support activities.Depending on the context, organize and lead the development team or manage the functional stream associated with the project.Required Experience in one or more of the following functional areas : POS systems and checkout/customer payment journeys.Commercial promotions and payment methods.Returns and refund processes.Loyalty programs.Omnichannel customer journeys.ERP integrations.E-commerce platforms.Inventory management solutions.Relevant environments include Enterprise POS solutions and their integrations with connected Retail systems.Your ProfileStrong operational leadership skills, capable of managing a functional workstream or a team depending on your level of experience.Solid understanding of the full technical stack, including infrastructure, middleware, databases, and applications.More than 10 years of experience in the integration of Point of Sale (POS) solutions and related systems.Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders within a project environment.Fluent in both French and English.Strong expertise in requirements gathering workshops, process modeling, and testing/validation phases.Relocation Supported: NoVisa Sponsorship Approved: NoAt Fujitsu, we are committed to an inclusive recruitment process that values the diverse backgrounds and experiences of all applicants.
