Your responsibilities will include defining and evolving long-term backend systems, establishing best practices, and ensuring high-quality code standards across teams. You will lead initiatives to improve Developer Experience by integrating AI tools, optimizing tooling, CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and documentation. Mentoring developers of all levels, you will elevate the collective technical expertise and foster a culture of innovation and excellence. Collaborating closely with the CTO and other senior engineers, you will contribute to the overarching technical strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and future growth.Matera’s technology stack includes React, Typescript, React Native, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Terraform, and more.
