This is a freelance position.We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Design, develop, and implement a Power BI dashboard for budget managers and holders.• Gather and analyze requirements from an existing starter document outlining needs and KPIs.• Extract and integrate data from Key2 Financiën and Cognos.• Develop necessary data models, connections, and reports.• Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to refine the dashboard.• Provide user-focused explanations and handover, including dashboard functionality.• Advise on the future role of Cognos within the reporting landscape and explore alternative solutions.What You'll Need• Extensive experience as a Data Engineer or BI Engineer (medior or senior level).• Proven experience with Power BI, Cognos, and Key2 Financiën.• Demonstrated experience in data modeling and financial reporting.• Experience managing stakeholders and translating user needs into dashboard requirements.• Experience within governmental organizations is a plus.• Knowledge of financial processes, budget management, and management information is preferred.What's On Offer• Competitive salary• Opportunity to work on a project with direct impact on financial oversight.• Collaborative environment with budget managers and holders.• Chance to influence future reporting strategies.Apply via Haystack today!
