You will be responsible for ensuring that data center projects comply with customer and regulatory requirements. You will participate in defining and implementing processes from scratch and contribute to the creation of sustainable data centers.This role can be based in Marcoussis (France) or Cornaredo (Italy)Travel required.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain the DATA4 Project Quality Plan for data center and infrastructure projects in accordance with the Design and Construction department's key processes, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements.Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits.Monitor the actions of the prime contractor and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance, track risks, and make suggestions for mitigation.Promote quality awareness and provide training within the project team.Prepare and deliver high-quality project reports to management and clients on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.Lead lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement processes.Responsibilities In Terms Of Ims CertificationsRespect and enforce certification policies in terms of:H&S: Respect and enforce health and safety rules.Environment: Respect and enforce environmental policies.Information security: Respect and enforce information security policiesEnergy: Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption.RequirementsEducation and ExperienceMaster’s degree in Engineering.3–5 years of technical experience.Solid experience in quality management.Previous experience in industry, oil & gas, data centers, or construction companies is mandatory.Fluent in English; another European language is a plus.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of ISO 9000 series standards; auditing experience required.
