Your focus will be on developing and operating SimCorp Dimension (SCD) and various applications in Liquid Asset Management while utilizing a high level of corresponding underlying MR IT support structures.How you will get the job donecollaborating with the Business Product Owner in a shared responsibilities modelmanaging business requirements and consulting business to fulfill business strategy, using market and technical innovation knowledgedeveloping, customizing and maintaining the Core Application SimCorp Dimension (SCD), especially in fund accounting (IFRS9 & HGB)being responsible for the whole service life cycle for the aforementioned products and services (e.g. including the definition of operational processes, KPIs and service level, functional and IT upgrades/releases, housekeeping)planning and aligning the product roadmap with the business on the basis of the target architecture, including necessary technical and security refactoringinitiating projects or conducting implementation of change requests, planning and executing product releases, conducting sign-off procedureshandling the secure (e.g. through additional vulnerability testing) and stable (e.g. additional DR-Testing) run of the product in productionbeing in charge for the product costs and management of the involved external staff (including procurement and provider management)engaging the respective MR standard ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change) for the services in your responsibility and the usage of Service Nowconducting the quarterly SLA meetings with SLA reporting, and consistent monitoring and analysis of the service quality in your responsibility, and identification of service optimization potentialsSkills and experience you will needfluency in business Englishuniversity degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer engineering / IT or similar qualificationgained experience in SimCorp Dimension (SCD)3+ years of experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar positionfamiliarity with asset and investment management processescustomer orientation and customer communication skills, e.g. ability to present complex operation aspects and architectures in a clear and precise wayfamiliarity with analytical and concept work regarding complex application operation landscapes and architecturesIT infrastructure, operation, development and technical architecture knowledgestrong assertiveness, self-organized and proactive attitudetarget-orientation and willingness to learnstrong planning, organizational and negotiation skills, as well as good mediator skillsNice to havegood command of business Germanexperience in existing back-office functionalities, e.g. performance management, direct investments, Crystal Reports, SQL and additional applications in the Asset Management environmentWhat we offerLet's be healthy – medical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.Let's be balanced – work-life balance is a key aspect of a healthy workplace.
