We recently raised $20M in Series A funding to scale across Europe and the US.CONTEXTWe are a mission-driven company positioning ourselves at the top of clinical conversational AI by building the first Clinical AI Agent certified as Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), while growing rapidly across Europe and the US.As we scale, we are looking for a Director of Product to own and elevate our product organization. This is a senior leadership role, part of the management team, that combines people management, product operating discipline, deep customer understanding, and go-to-market alignment.If you are excited about building products on top of LLMs in a regulated clinical environment, running a tight product process, and making sure everything we ship translates into real value for clinicians and patients, keep reading.What You'll DoThis role has five core areas of ownership: 👥 People ManagerYou will lead and grow the product team at Tucuvi, a team that spans several areas: voice AI product management, clinical and medical product expertise, product design, and data.Maintain a consistent 1:1 cadence with all your direct reports.Lead performance reviews and foster a continuous feedback culture.Ensure the team's output meets Tucuvi's high standards of quality and pace.Develop career paths, address underperformance early, and celebrate high achievers.Build a culture of ownership, psychological safety, and continuous improvement. 🎯 Product Strategy & RoadmapYou will own the product strategy and translate it into a roadmap the whole company can trust.Define and maintain a clear product vision and strategy, aligned with company goals in Europe and the US.Translate strategy into roadmap direction across cycles: what we bet on, what we defer, and why.Balance client commitments, market opportunities, and platform investments with explicit criteria.Keep the strategy grounded in regulatory constraints, clinical safety, and what the market is telling us. 🔁 Product Operating SystemTucuvi runs on Shape Up: six-week cycles, a betting table, and appetite instead of estimates. You will own the product side of this system and make it better every cycle.Orchestrate shaping: turn raw input from customers, clinicians, and the market into well-shaped pitches with a clear problem, appetite, and boundaries.Prepare and defend product bets at the betting table, alongside the founders and the Director of Engineering.Keep the cycle rhythm healthy: scope hammering during cycles, cool-down discipline, and honest retrospectives.Coach the product team and adjacent teams in the methodology, so shaping quality improves cycle over cycle. 🔍 Customer Value & DiscoveryYou will build a close relationship with our Customer Success team to understand what our users need, and use that understanding to keep delivering value through the product.Establish structured feedback loops with Customer Success: what blocks adoption, what creates value, and what is noise.Maintain direct exposure to users: clinicians, care managers, and health system leaders, in Europe and the US.Measure the value of what we ship through adoption, usage, and clinical outcomes.Keep pushing delivered value after release, until new capabilities are adopted and clearly valued by our users. 📣 Voice of Product & Go-To-MarketYou will make sure that both the company and the market understand what our product does and why it matters.Own internal product communication: teams always know what is shipping, why, and what it means for their workAlign with Sales so they carry the best possible messaging: honest, precise, and compelling, for what the product does todayAlign with Customer Success on rollout plans, adoption, and client communication of new capabilitiesWork with Marketing and people in the market to understand positioning and communicate the features we buildRepresent product at the management table and, when needed, in front of customers and partnersWhat To Expect During Your First MonthsDuring your first month: You'll immerse yourself in our product processes, the platform, and LOLA itself. You'll meet every member of the product team, sit in on Customer Success and Sales calls, observe a betting table, and start building your map of where value is created and where it leaks. You'll also begin establishing your 1:1 rhythm with your reports.By the end of month three: You'll be running shaping and the product side of the betting table, with a first version of the product strategy and roadmap direction on the table. Your first structured feedback loop with Customer Success will be live, and Sales will already notice a visible improvement in product messaging and enablement. By then, you'll be a trusted voice at the management table.After 6 to 12 months: You'll have built a high-performing product organization with:Shaping quality that measurably improves cycle over cycle.A systematic way to measure the value of what we ship, connected to client outcomes.Sales and Customer Success consistently equipped with sharp, honest product messaging.A product team with clear career paths, strong ownership, and a healthy pace.A product strategy and roadmap trusted across the company, with US market insight flowing directly into it.ResponsibilitiesTeam leadership: 1:1s, performance reviews, career development, underperformance management, feedback culture.Product strategy and roadmap: Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap direction across cycles.Product methodology: Own shaping, the betting table, and cycle discipline within our Shape Up operating system.Discovery and customer value: Structured loops with Customer Success and direct user exposure; measure and push delivered value.Internal alignment: Keep teams informed and aligned on what ships and why.Sales enablement: Ensure Sales has the best, most precise messaging for the product.Market communication: Work with Marketing and the market to position and communicate what we build.Cross-functional representation: Be product's voice at the management table and, when needed, with customers and partners.With Whom You Will WorkYou will work and report directly to Marcos (CTO & Co-Founder). And since we are a remote-first company where no one works alone, you'll also work closely with Elena Pavía, Chief of Staff of the CTO and of the whole technology and product organization, with the Director of Engineering, and with the leaders of Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing, as well as your own product team and María (CEO & Co-Founder).RequirementsMust-havesProduct Leadership7+ years in product management, with proven experience managing and developing product teams (PMs, designers, or specialists).Track record of owning a product area end to end: strategy, roadmap, execution, and measurable outcomes.Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear priorities, well-shaped work, and crisp decisions.Healthcare ExpertiseExperience building and shipping product in healthcare: you understand clinical workflows, how healthcare organizations buy and adopt technology, and how to earn clinicians' trust.Knowledge of the US healthcare system (providers, payers, value-based care, HIPAA) is the single strongest signal we
