You will investigate requests, identify appropriate solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of operational changes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining service quality, reducing operational risk, and supporting client outcomes. Success is measured through accuracy, timeliness, quality assurance, and continuous improvement contributions.What You Will Be DoingAnalyse, implement, and validate change requests in accordance with established operational standards and proceduresInvestigate issues, assess impacts, and determine effective solutions to support client and business requirementsEnsure all assigned requests are completed accurately within agreed service levels and quality expectationsPerform detailed verification activities to minimise operational risk and prevent processing errorsCollaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to support change implementation and resolution activitiesMaintain accurate records, documentation, and audit trails for all changes and operational activitiesIdentify opportunities to improve processes, controls, documentation, and operational efficiencyContribute to knowledge sharing, team capability development, and operational best practicesSupport governance, compliance, and quality assurance activities to ensure controlled change deliveryApply technical expertise and sound judgement to resolve complex operational requests and challengesRequired QualificationsDemonstrated experience in analysing, implementing, and validating operational or system changesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve issues effectivelyExcellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high levels of accuracyExperience assessing and mitigating operational risk through quality control and verification processesAbility to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet established service level commitmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across teamsExperience creating and maintaining process documentation, procedures, and operational recordsDegree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education, training, and practical experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience working within financial services, fintech, or highly regulated environmentsKnowledge of change management, operational controls, and governance frameworksExperience supporting process improvement and continuous improvement initiativesAbility to coach, train, or support colleagues through knowledge sharing activitiesExperience working across multiple products, platforms, or business applicationsFamiliarity with quality assurance methodologies and risk management practicesWhat We Offer YouAt FIS, you can grow your career as far as you want to take it. The pay range for this full-time position is 98,050.00 - 130,000 PLN Annual and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
