For the global Extranet and for other Group Portal Applications, the Adobe Experience Manager platform (AEM) and a corresponding CoE service unit was created. Component development is the key task of several application implementation projects on the platform.Focus of this IT System Analyst position will therefore be the analysis of development project requirements for these application projects. You’ll work with project sponsors and managers throughout projects to ensure that requirements are met, and that issues are managed proactively.How you will get the job donedriving the analysis of business requirements and demands across the business value chain, providing key analytical skills that will enable business problems to be understood and the subsequent requirements for IT systems documented, tested and deliveredsupporting of the analysis of system related business processes, identify and initiate business process improvements in close collaboration with business stakeholders and architectureactively driving towards a consistent, highly automated and resilient target system and data landscape across the Munich Re Group to enable cost efficient digital businessdelivering of project (pre-study) support, application implementation, integration, development of change projectsdriving the alignment, assessment, and prioritization of identified demands within the respective business units, thus driving the project and product backlogSkills and experience you will needfluency in Englishuniversity degree, preferably in Computer engineering / IT or similar qualificationin-depth knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud productsexperience in the conception, support and analysis of digital analytics projects with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or comparable tools is desirableconceptual knowledge of the integration of identity providers in web applications is desirabledemonstrable experience in analysis of business demands, deriving of system requirements and translating into system solutionsseveral years of experience in IT, preferably in application development and hence in-depth knowledge of the processes of the entire software development and product life cycle including experience in agile project management methodologies e.g. Prince 2 or PMI, Scrum.strong analytical, facilitation, presentation and multidisciplinary communication skillstrack record of successful implementations that delivered value to the business, resulting in measurable business outcomesconsulting and collaborative working style creating a culture of accountability and sharinga high degree of commitment and the willingness and ability to master the various tasks are essentialbusiness acumen – able to easily grasp business topics and to view and present things from a business perspective rather than ITNice to havefluency in Germanexperience in test managementWhat we offerLet's be healthy – medical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.Let's be balanced – work-life balance is a key aspect of a healthy workplace.
