We invite you to be part of something bigger.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead Shopper & Customer Strategy execution across assigned channels, translating category and business priorities into customer-specific growth plansBuild and manage annual customer activation and visibility plans to support sales, volume, and profitability targetsOwn promotional planning and execution, ensuring alignment with customer, category, and business objectivesAnalyze promotional, customer, and channel performance, providing data-driven recommendations to improve commercial resultsDelivering customer and channel business reviews, identifying opportunities, risks, and actionable next stepsDrive forecasting and promotional volume planning in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teamsPartner with Marketing, Category Management, and Sales teams to execute innovation launches and deliver best-in-class customer plansREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of experience in Customer Strategy & Planning, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Commercial Planning, or a similar FMCG roleStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations and actionsFluency in Polish and advanced English proficiency (minimum C1 level)Good understanding of FMCG retail environments, promotional planning, and commercial performance driversStrong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with fluent Polish and EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience working with Nielsen data, retail analytics, or category performance toolsPrevious experience in Home Care, Personal Care, or other FMCG categoriesKnowledge of Net Revenue Management (NRM), pricing, and promotional effectiveness principlesADDITIONAL INFORMATIONHybrid work and flexibilityTool CarOpportunities for the development and improvement of qualificationsSharing the cost of professional training & coursesBenefits: life insurance, private medical care, pension fund, sharing the cost of sports activities, Benefits System – Cafeteria and many othersExtra days off to take care of yourself and othersUnilever store - Our products at attractive pricesSourced from LinkedIn.
