The range of base pay for this role is 2 550€ - 4 800€.WHO YOU ARE: Experienced ServiceNow professional with 5+ years in system development, configuration, or technical consulting Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and familiarity with ITSM/ITOM/HRSD areas ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer (certifications are a strong plus) Proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and jQuery for UI and scripting Skilled in system integration using REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and related web technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX) Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, or similar) Experience with other ITSM tools (e.g. BMC, Cherwell, HP, Axios) is beneficial A problem-solver with strong communication skills, eager to deliver quality solutions and continuously grow within the ServiceNow ecosystem Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field English language proficiency at Upper intermediate (B2); German language knowledge is a plus
