You will work closely with cross-functional teams including system architects, software developers, firmware engineers, and product experts.An important aspect of this role is the adoption of AI-driven testing methodologies. You will leverage Artificial Intelligence to improve test coverage, optimize validation strategies, accelerate defect analysis, and enhance Python-based automation frameworks.This opportunity is ideal for engineers with several years of experience in testing, networking, telecommunications, software integration, or automation who are looking to work on cutting-edge technologies.How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn Define and execute comprehensive verification and validation strategies. Design and maintain complex test environments and automated test benches. Develop and maintain Python-based automation frameworks. Utilize AI-powered tools to improve test coverage and validation effectiveness. Drive the transformation from traditional testing approaches toward AI-assisted testing methodologies. Analyze system behavior, protocol traces, logs, and performance metrics. Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis activities for complex issues. Collaborate with software, firmware, hardware, and system teams. Mentor junior engineers and share best practices. Contribute to the continuous evolution of testing processes and engineering methodologies. Key Skills And ExperienceMust have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. Experience in system integration, testing, networking, telecommunications, or software validation. Strong Python scripting and automation skills. Knowledge of IP networking and Ethernet technologies. Structured and analytical approach to problem solving. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Nice to have: Experience with microwave or wireless communication systems. Familiarity with test automation frameworks. Experience with Linux environments. Experience using AI-assisted software development and testing tools. Familiarity with network management solutions and telecom architectures.
