This internship exists to help us build and refine internal dashboards and tools for our client engagement in Spain. You will help create the technical layer that allows these leadership teams to see their decisions, ownership structures, and meeting outcomes in one place. It is an opportunity to see how technical implementation directly supports organizational change without the overhead of complex, unnecessary features. What You Will Do Write clean, readable HTML and CSS to build interface components that are easy to maintain. Develop and maintain frontend features using JavaScript frameworks to improve the user experience. Collaborate with the advisory team to turn written management processes into logical user flows. Help debug and resolve interface issues to ensure a smooth experience for the client. Participate in remote code reviews to learn from and contribute to the team standards. Update technical documentation so that our internal tools remain easy for others to understand. Attend remote syncs to learn how our software solutions align with specific client needs. Assist in testing new features across different browsers to ensure consistent performance. What We Are Looking For A solid understanding of basic web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Curiosity about how users interact with software and a desire to make things simpler. Clear communication skills, particularly when explaining technical choices in writing. A disciplined approach to work, especially in a remote environment where you manage your own time. An eye for detail and a preference for clean, uncluttered design. Willingness to ask questions when a requirement or task is not perfectly clear. A proactive attitude toward learning new tools and methods as the project evolves. Helpful Background Familiarity with React, Vue, or another modern frontend framework through personal projects or coursework. Experience using Git for version control and basic collaboration on shared code. An interest in how organizations work and how data visualization can improve decision making. Basic knowledge of responsive design principles and how to build for different screen sizes. Exposure to simple testing frameworks or a basic understanding of quality assurance.
