We provide direct answers to medical questions based on trusted sources using LLMs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a designer at MediSearch, focused primarily on ad creative and growth design. You’ll work closely with the founders to design, iterate, and scale high-performing creative across channels. Occasionally, you’ll also contribute to core product design.This is an in-person role, based in Bratislava, Slovakia, with some flexibility for remote work, but will require significant on-site involvement.QualificationsStrong visual design skills with a portfolio showing ad creative or product workAbility to move fast: generate concepts, produce variants, iterate from feedbackComfort collaborating with engineers/marketers and working from dataStrong motivation for working on challenging problems and in high-paced environmentsExperience designing for paid channels is a bonusMotion design is a bonusProduct design experience is a bonus Information about the selection process1-2 take-home tasks, 2 calls with the founders, and an on-site paid day of work.
