Join us as a Product Manager (F/M)Permanent position based in Paris 12th districtAbout The RoleWe are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of innovative AI-driven solutions within Firco Continuity, our real-time transaction screening platform dedicated to financial crime prevention and regulatory compliance.You will play a key role in defining and delivering advanced features aimed at improving screening accuracy, reducing false positives, and automating alert processing through data and machine learning.ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage the product roadmap end-to-end, aligned with business and regulatory prioritiesDesign AI-driven features to:Improve screening accuracyReduce false positivesAutomate alert processingCollaborate closely with engineering, data science, compliance, and UX teamsTranslate business and regulatory requirements into clear and actionable product specificationsEnsure scalability, performance, and reliability of developed solutionsMonitor product performance and drive continuous improvements based on dataLead product launches and coordinate enhancementsContribute to product strategy (positioning, pricing, lifecycle)Required ProfileDegree from a higher education institution (business school, engineering school, or equivalent)At least one prior experience in Product Management, ideally in a tech, data, or AI environmentStrong understanding of:AI, machine learning and data-driven productsFinancial compliance topics (AML, sanctions) is a plusProfessional proficiency in English is requiredAbility to work in a cross-functional and international environmentAnalytical, structured, and results-oriented mindsetExcellent communication skills About The CompanyFircosoft is a leading partner for financial institutions in the fight against money laundering, terrorist financing, and embargo enforcement.
