Senior Software Developer (m/w/d)
Your Role
Develop and deliver software solutions for our modern Pouch System Controller
Translate customer and system requirements into scalable, reliable backend systems
Work across the full project lifecycle - from design and implementation to testing and go-live
Build and optimize real-time logistics processes, system integrations and performance
Collaborate closely with international teams across Austria, Germany and Poland
Support commissioning and integration activities at customer sites.
Your Profile
Technical education in IT or software engineering (HTL, FH, university or similar)
5+ years of experience in object-oriented software development (Java, Kotlin, C#, etc.)
Solid experience with backend frameworks like Spring Boot or Quarkus
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and modern deployment environments
Experience with Git/GitLab and collaborative development workflows
Strong understanding of clean code, architecture and testing
Fluent in German and English
Open to occasional travel (approx. 20-30 days/year)

Salary
We offer a competitive salary based on the applicable collective agreement, starting at a minimum of EUR 4,000.00 gross per month. Depending on your experience and qualifications, there is a clear willingness to offer a higher salary.
