Contract DetailsLocation: Amsterdam, the Netherlands (hybrid)Contract type: Freelance contractStart date: ASAPDuration: 12 months Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of Partner Hub platform initiatives, from discovery and planning through to launch, measurement, and post-launch support.Assess incoming requests and define the appropriate level of discovery, stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivery planning.Translate business requirements into clear scope, delivery plans, requirements, dependencies, and ownership structures.Define approval processes, success measures, acceptance criteria, and key delivery milestones.Drive collaboration across UX/UI, engineering, content, CMS, analytics, QA, localisation, personalisation, and external partners.Manage Jira backlogs, delivery roadmaps, project timelines, estimates, dependencies, and release plans.Coordinate complex initiatives including CMS enhancements, content migrations, search improvements, AI-powered features, accessibility projects, integrations, and personalisation programmes.Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment across technical and non-technical teams.Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation plans, and keep delivery on track.Manage relationships with agencies and technology partners, overseeing scope, delivery quality, capacity, and commercial performance.Support contract, budget, procurement, and finance-related activities where required.Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and delivery processes that improve efficiency and consistency. What We Are Looking For5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, including backlog management, planning, and dependency tracking.Proven experience delivering digital platforms, websites or CMS projects from discovery through to launch.Strong hands-on experience with Jira for planning, governance, and delivery tracking.Experience with content management systems, ideally Drupal.Good understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.Experience creating and managing project roadmaps, timelines, and delivery plans.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.Experience managing vendors, budgets, contracts, and external delivery partners.A technically curious mindset with the ability to understand platform dependencies, challenge assumptions, and make informed delivery decisions.
