You provide technical expertise throughout the entire lifecycle of our systems, from demonstrations and training to troubleshooting and field support, ensuring customers can confidently operate mission-critical technologies.In this role, you work closely with customers, engineering teams, and partners to resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, networking, and embedded platforms. You contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions by documenting best practices, developing training materials, and supporting the implementation of next-generation technologies in defense and security environments.The position is available on a full-time basis.
