UAT Test Analyst (IDMP Reltio MDM)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced UAT Test Analyst to support the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of the IDMP Reltio MDM platform. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, executing, and documenting UAT activities, ensuring the solution meets business requirements, quality standards, and regulatory expectations.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented testing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and has experience working with complex data management systems.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the end-to-end UAT testing and validation of the IDMP Reltio MDM system across multiple data entities.Develop detailed test scenarios and test scripts based on business requirements, user requirement specifications (URS), and acceptance criteria.Review and validate test cases to identify errors, inconsistencies, ambiguous requirements, or gaps prior to execution.Execute formal and informal UAT test scripts and verify that actual results meet expected outcomes.Analyze test results, investigate defects, and collaborate with technical and business teams to identify and implement resolutions.Ensure all testing activities and documentation comply with established quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Plan and coordinate UAT activities, managing testing schedules, priorities, and workload effectively.Maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including evidence, defect logs, test reports, and validation records.Provide regular progress updates and testing status reports to stakeholders.Work closely with business users, project teams, and technical stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience in software testing, validation, and system development life cycle (SDLC) processes.Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, including test planning, execution, defect management, analysis, and documentation.Experience managing end-to-end UAT activities independently.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple activities simultaneously.Experience working under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Preferred ExperienceExperience with Master Data Management (MDM) platforms, particularly Reltio.Exposure to IDMP (Identification of Medicinal Products) programs or pharmaceutical data initiatives.Experience working within regulated environments.Tools & SystemsThe successful candidate will work with the following systems and platforms:Reltio (development and testing environments)HP ALM (test management, execution, and defect tracking)ICE Folder / GCMS (URS and ITMS documentation access)Confluence (knowledge sharing and technical demonstrations)Team SitesVarious project documentation and validation repositoriesWhat We're Looking ForDetail-oriented and quality-focused mindset.Strong planning and organizational capabilities.Proactive and solution-driven approach.Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills.Ability to drive UAT activities from preparation through execution and closure.Commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced project environment.Sourced from LinkedIn.
