Tech Pipeline works with organizations to fix operational friction within their technical workflows by addressing the specific gaps where data and processes break down. We are currently supporting a large Spanish telecommunications provider as they expand their digital operations, helping them bridge the distance between their current tools and their growing service requirements. This role focuses on the technical reality of how users interact with web interfaces and ensuring those interfaces reflect the underlying data accurately. About the role As an Associate Web Developer, you will help us address the gaps in how users and internal operators interact with complex backend systems. Operations teams often face significant drag when their web interfaces do not align with the actual state of the data, leading to stuck orders or manual spreadsheets. You will be responsible for identifying these technical inconsistencies and implementing front-end fixes that make the system more reliable for everyone. Since this role is fully remote, you will be expected to communicate clearly through shared documentation and technical logs rather than relying on constant video synchronization. What you will be doing Reviewing CSS and HTML layouts to identify why certain elements are not rendering correctly for customers or internal teams. Checking browser console logs to trace front-end errors back to their original source in the API layer. Updating front-end routing rules to ensure users are directed to the correct service pages during their digital journey. Testing web forms to ensure that customer input is being validated and passed to the database without data loss. Writing clear documentation for every code change so the client team can maintain the system once our engagement ends. Collaborating with our technical leads to resolve small bugs in JavaScript components and user interfaces. Auditing existing site navigation to find specific friction points where users are getting stuck in a logic loop. Participating in weekly status updates by providing concise and technical summaries of completed tickets. What we need from you A clear understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals for building and styling web pages. Basic familiarity with JavaScript and an understanding of how it interacts with the Document Object Model. Ability to use browser developer tools to inspect elements, check network traffic, and debug front-end issues. A practical interest in how data moves through a system rather than just how a user interface looks visually. Strong writing skills to create instructions that are easy for non-technical operators to follow and implement. A willingness to learn how to read server logs and error reports to find the root cause of a technical problem. Strong attention to detail when comparing technical requirements to the actual browser output in different environments. Helpful background Exposure to front-end libraries like React or Vue through personal projects, bootcamps, or university coursework. Basic knowledge of version control tools like Git and how to manage code repositories. Previous experience in a customer service or operations role where you had to work with internal business software or databases. What the role offers Full-time, permanent employment with a clear focus on building your technical skills in a practical setting. A fully remote work arrangement that allows you to contribute from your own environment without requiring a commute. Attractive and competitive pay that reflects the responsibilities of an entry-level developer in today's market. Direct mentorship from experienced developers who prioritize ground truth and practical solutions over abstract theory. The opportunity to solve complex technical problems for a major telecommunications provider. Access to structured internal documentation that helps you understand new systems and tools quickly. Working at Tech Pipeline We believe that high-quality technical work happens when people have the time to think and document their processes thoroughly. At Tech Pipeline, we minimize unnecessary meetings in favor of well-written updates and clear technical specifications. Our focus is always on the ground truth of the system: we want to know what the code is actually doing, not what a strategy deck says it should do. You will work in an environment where clarity is valued and where we take pride in leaving systems in better shape than we found them. Because our company is remote, we rely on asynchronous communication to stay aligned while giving you the space to focus on the technical reality of the work.
