Hi, I'm Robin.I'm a solo founder building a company to design and manufacture industrial machinery (robots) to automate labor intensive processes in factories. I look for interesting opportunities for tasks in factories that can be automated, meet business owners that run those factories to learn as much about the process as possible and to turn them into future customers, and then I go back to the office and get to work. The work is to design and build a machine from scratch. So that's brainstorming, CAD, software, assembling hardware, electronics, problem solving, more problem solving, and delivering the machine to customers. I've got a 3D printer, lasercutter, plenty of other tools and a 200+ m2 office/workspace in Amsterdam Sloterdijk.I like to design proper stuff, high quality. We'll be likeminded if we both want to build things that we are proud of; things the customer will have as few issues with as possible and that will still work 10 years from now. Since we build a low volume of machines, and repairs/downtime is comparatively expensive, we don't need to be icky about saving every possible cent.Of course there will be plenty of mistakes and redesigns, that's all part of the process, and that's okay. One may even say it's part of the fun.I'm funding this off of my savings, so I can't really pay you. But of course, your contributions will be fairly reflected in your share of future earnings.
