You'll track how the portfolio performs — reading the story told by sales data, return rates, and consumer feedback — and use those insights to make confident decisions about where to invest and where to pivot. A genuine curiosity about your market and a deep understanding of what your consumers really need will set you apart.Bring new products to lifeFrom identifying fresh opportunities and the right manufacturers to building compelling business cases for new launches and well-timed replacements, you'll lead new product development end to end. You'll translate consumer insight into tangible, detailed product concepts and specifications — the kind of clarity that turns a good idea into a great product.
