This involves collecting and analyzing data, developing and testinghypotheses, and striving to maximize the revenue of the direction.1. Data Analysis Detective Work: Perform deep-dive analysis to find information, investigatecomplex data discrepancies, and identify growth opportunities using advanced Excel tools and BIsystems.2. Assortment Strategy Support: Assist in managing the product assortment and participate inhypothesis testing to optimize the category performance.3. Category Execution: Manage the operational aspects of the Kits category, ensuring tasks arebrought to completion (done is better than perfect approach) and practical results aredelivered.4. Documentation Process Maintenance: Create and maintain comprehensive projectdocumentation, ensure all task updates are kept in order (e.g., in Jira/Confluence), andstandardize category processes.5. Reporting Visualization: Consolidate data from various sources to prepare reports; usePowerBI (or Metabase) to visualize performance metrics for stakeholders.6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments toalign on goals and resolve blockers independently.7. Technical Task Management: Formulate clear requirements and write tasks for developers andanalysts; monitor their execution, control deadlines, and ensure regular status updates.Qualifications1. High level organizational skills2. Advanced MS Excel/Google spreadsheets Expertise3. Technical Interaction: Proven experience in setting tasks for technical teams(developers/analysts) and managing the delivery pipeline.4. English Language: B2/C1 level (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced) – capable of fluent written andverbal communication with international colleagues. Fluent in Russian5. BI Tools Knowledge: Experience with Metabase (or similar systems) is a plus; ability to createand use PowerBI reports is highly desirable.Required skills:1. High level of analytical skills and logical reasoning2. Detective Mindset, Problem Solving: Strong capability and desire to dig for information,navigate ambiguity, and figure out complex issues independently.3.
