A client or colleague hands you a question, but you don't just answer it. You question the premise behind it, reframe it, and often arrive at a sharper problem than the one you were handed.A large part of the role is proactive: bringing concepts, ideas, and insights to the table that the client or organization hadn't even thought of yet. You have strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or C#, and experience with LLMs, AI tools, or interactive platforms like Unity. You track new APIs and bleeding-edge AI capabilities closely, and you prototype out of pure curiosity, even when nobody asked.You're comfortable with change: in innovation and proof-of-concept work, the thing you're building shifts constantly as new insights come in, and that energizes you rather than stresses you out. You're as much a dreamer and instigator as you are a builder, and a team player who's just as comfortable running a code review as convincing a client.The challengeWe don't ask for a resume.
