With the intention of bringing together the efficient delivery of service while driving innovations and value add for our customer.Responsibilities:Configuring SFN PC’s (PC’s, MES/SAP, Lab, Systec)Subtasks:Communicate with userSFN PC imaging (clients PC)PC Name creation + CMDBIP and DNSAdmin permissionsPatch updating (vendor PC)Security overlay (vendor PC)McAfee installSecret server onboardingVulnerability scan + remediationVNCPatch holdAcronisInstall dedicated SWCreating and managing WI for SFN PC configurationsInstall SFN Devices: hand scanners, label printers, rugegd tabletsCreating and managing WI for SFN devicesAdministration/ CMDBSupport of SFN PC’s and SFN devicesAssist with SFN project/migrations/upgrades8/5 support for production issues (24/7 support is done remotely).Requirements:Higher academic or technical education within IT, Engineering, AutomationIT Security/cybersecurity experience and automation dependencies.Automation system Backup & Disaster Recovery.Understanding of interface protocols to Level 2 /3 OT applications.Automation Experience in a cGMP environment is essential.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.Availability to work outside office hours when the need arises.Ability to prioritise the criticality of support issues as they arise and act accordingly.Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and reporting attitude.Handle and operate efficiently under pressure.Dutch speaking is essential.Eager to learn and keep up to date with technology evolution.The Cognizant community:We are a high caliber team who appreciate and support one another.
