Working directly with users and AI Innovation Leads, you will help transform ideas into working solutions and generate measurable business value through AI, automation, analytics, and integrations.Professionals who enjoy developing ideas, exploring possibilities, and working with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions will thrive in this role.ResponsibilitiesAs an AI Innovation Engineer, you will contribute to the impact of AI transformation initiatives by:Collaborating with frontline operators, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify solution opportunitiesDesigning, building, and testing AI-enabled, automation, and data-driven solutions using approved development tools and platformsTranslating business requirements and target workflows into practical technical designs and scalable solution architecturesAssessing technical feasibility, data readiness, implementation complexity, and solution risks to support informed decision-makingIntegrating business systems, data sources, and automation capabilities to create reliable and efficient workflowsSupporting user testing, gathering structured feedback, and continuously improving solutions based on operational performanceDocumenting technical assets, reusable components, integrations, testing outcomes, and implementation learnings to support future scalabilityCommunicating technical concepts, trade-offs, and implementation considerations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldApproximately 2-5 years of experience developing software, automation, analytics, data, or AI-enabled solutionsPractical experience with APIs, integrations, data preparation, workflow automation, and modern development toolsPractical experience with AI, automation, and data technologies, including their practical business applications and implementation considerationsExperience collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders in cross-functional environmentsFamiliarity with solution design, testing methodologies, and continuous improvement practicesAdvanced problem-solving skills and a structured approach to delivering resultsFluent written and spoken communication skills in EnglishCompetenciesApplies a user-centric mindset to design practical solutions that deliver measurable business outcomesDemonstrates deep technical curiosity and continuously explores emerging AI, automation, and digital technologiesApplies a structured problem-solving approach to address complex technical and operational challengesEffectively translates business needs into technical solutions and technical concepts into business languageCollaborates effectively across disciplines, functions, and stakeholder groupsBalances speed, quality, scalability, and business value when developing solutionsDemonstrates ownership, accountability, and persistence when overcoming implementation challengesBalances shifting priorities and performs strongly in environments that encourage innovationWhat We OfferPurpose.
