In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2 500 EUR/month. Senior Security Engineer provides expertise and advice as needed on multiple areas of security technology, including network security, platform security, authentication/authorization systems, application security, physical security and security frameworks. All the above mentioned activities are performed based on the needs and requirements of customers. What will you do? Development and implementation of security solutions (design, planning, and deployment)Requirements analysis and concept development based on customer needsSupporting the sales team in preparing proposalsCustomer consulting and supportDevelopment of solution designs as part of proposals and tendersParticipation in product development and introduction within the group You will succeed if you: Have a knowledge in:Very good knowledge of IT security and network technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls)Practical experience with network technologies from established security vendors such as Check Point, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or ZscalerAt least one relevant certification from a security vendorGood knowledge in automation, CI/CD, scripting and SD WANIdeally, initial hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or AnsibleKnowledge of tools, methods, and processes for requirements analysisIdeally, knowledge or experience with agile working methods (e.g., Scrum)Strong communication skills in English (C2 level); basic knowledge of German is an advantageLanguage:English - Advance (C1); basic knowledge of German is an advantageOther criteria or requirements You are a strong team player, enjoy understanding customer requirements, and are motivated to translate them into technological solutions.Good communication, influencing, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work across various cultures and across organizations and company boundaries.Good presentation skillsBoth a self-starter and team player, who can work without direct supervisionCreative thinker, ability to see the bigger picture in a pragmatic, sensible wayGood analytical skills, ability to make concise, well documented decisions, in agreement with the strategy and vision of the team.Ability to present solution designs to customers and colleagues Why should you choose us?
