This role requires a strong background in backend application development and REST APIs, as well as the ability to integrate tools and maintain software quality.Main ResponsibilitiesDesigning and implementing new features.Integrating external tools and APIs.Improving reliability and quality of tests and analyses.Writing automated tests and investigating defects.Maintaining technical documentation.Collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements.Key RequirementsProfessional software development experience in Python and/or Java.Experience in developing and maintaining backend applications and REST APIs.Familiarity with Spring Boot and application development practices for Java.Experience with modular application design for Python.Nice to HaveExperience with both Python and Java/Spring Boot.Familiarity with LLM APIs or LLM-assisted workflows.Application security testing knowledge, especially DAST and SAST.Experience with tools such as OWASP ZAP, Nuclei, Semgrep, and pytest.Experience in PDF processing, OCR, or document extraction.Familiarity with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.Familiarity with SQL databases, Maven, CI/CD, Docker, or cloud services.Interest in application security and vulnerability remediation.
