Your responsibilities, Product & Services Portfolio Manager will take responsibility for shaping the development direction of our key product-and-service system — Mute Modular., Mute Modular is a modular room-in-room system designed for modern workspaces. Your role will be to develop its portfolio, positioning, value proposition and lifecycle services — from advisory and deployment, through care, reconfiguration and relocation, to refurbishment and second life., This is not a role focused on creating multiple new products from scratch. It is a role for someone who can strategically lead the development of an innovative but already existing system, working closely with R&D, Lifecycle Services, ESG and Sales. Key areas of focus will include market analysis, understanding customer needs, identifying development directions and translating them into clear recommendations for the product, services, communication and the overall roadmap., A complementary area of responsibility will be the Jetson acoustic booth portfolio., Your responsibilities:, Shaping and updating the product and service strategy for Mute Modular in line with the sales strategy and the company’s development direction., Developing the Mute Modular system portfolio, including its variants, product groups, configurations, use cases and related services., Defining value propositions, key USPs and market positioning for products and services., Identifying development opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, workplace trends, customer needs and sales insights., Generating, structuring and validating product development concepts and lifecycle service concepts., Recommending portfolio priorities, roadmap directions and the backlog of product and service initiatives., Co-creating the product and service communication roadmap, including briefs, presentations, one-pagers and sales-support materials., Establishing and overseeing standards for product and service documentation., Leading and coordinating a small team., Cooperating closely with Sales, R&D, Marketing, Project Delivery, Lifecycle Services, ESG, Sustainability and Management.
