Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Paris. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to understand business needs, define requirements, and support the delivery of effective IT solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse, and document business requirements.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and objectives.Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.Analyse existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.Create Business Requirements Documents (BRD), functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.Work closely with developers, architects, testers, and project managers throughout the delivery lifecycle.Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), including test planning, test cases, and defect resolution.Validate delivered solutions against business requirements.Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and potential improvements.Support change management and implementation activities.Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders.Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience creating user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation.Experience working with Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar tools.Good understanding of UAT and functional testing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a multicultural team.Experience working in an international environment is preferred.English is mandatory; French is preferred/required depending on the project.Thanks & Regards.
