Working closely with suppliers, quality, R&D and operations teams, you'll play a key role in maintaining product quality, driving process improvements and ensuring manufacturing excellence across our breast health product portfolio.This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys problem-solving, supplier collaboration and delivering improvements in a regulated manufacturing environment.What You'll Be DoingPartnering with contract manufacturers to support production and product quality.Leading investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA activities.Supporting process validations, product transfers and manufacturing changes.Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency and cost.Collaborating with Quality, R&D, Procurement and Operations teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.Managing technical projects and delivering improvements across the product lifecycle.What We're Looking ForExperience in Manufacturing, Process or Production Engineering.Background in a regulated industry.Knowledge of process validation, root cause analysis and quality systems.Experience working with suppliers or contract manufacturers.Strong problem-solving, communication and project management skills.Fluent German and professional English.PreferredMedical device industry experience.Knowledge of ISO 13485.Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.Why Join Hologic?At Hologic, our purpose is to enable healthier lives everywhere, every day.
