In this role, you'll take full ownership of growing our B2B presence in the market — leading and scaling the sales team, shaping go-to-market strategies, and closing impactful deals that fuel our next stage of growth.As a B2B Senior Country Sales Manager, you'll lead the Bolt for Business team in Warsaw, Poland. We're looking for a senior sales leader who has a proven track record of scaling B2B teams, developing managers, and delivering outstanding results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.You're someone who leads with confidence, coaches with purpose, and thrives on the challenge of building something meaningful. If you're ambitious, strategic, and ready to take full ownership of a market — this role offers real impact, significant growth potential, and the opportunity to shape the future of Bolt for Business in Poland.Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management: As a B2B Senior Country Sales Manager, you'll oversee a team of Team Leads alongside Business Development Managers, Business Specialists, and Account Managers, operating as a second-line manager. Your focus will be on coaching and mentoring Team Leads, empowering them to take ownership of day-to-day team management, while also building succession plans to ensure long-term team strength.Strategic Leadership: You'll set the vision, define long-term goals, and drive the overall sales strategy across a large, layered team. This includes aligning strategies to support effective scaling — including managing rapid headcount growth of up to 4x within a year.Planning & Strategy: You'll own the go-to-market strategy, manage P&L projections, and ensure team activities are aligned with growth and ROI objectives. You'll balance initiatives and spend with a clear focus on profitability, payback, and long-term sustainability.Recruiting & Team Building: Working closely with our recruitment team, you'll help build a high-performing organisation in line with headcount and hiring plans.
