We are looking for an experienced Senior Workday Business Analyst / Solution Specialist to join our client's Agile Scrum team. The team is responsible for Workday Core HCM, Workday Extend, HR technology innovation, employee document management, and Workday data purging. What you'll doPartner with HR and business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and challenge requirements.Translate business needs into functional Workday solutions.Configure and maintain Workday solutions, primarily within Core HCM.Support the design and delivery of Workday Extend and innovation initiatives.Manage and refine user stories, backlog items, and acceptance criteria.Work closely with other Business Analysts, Workday Solution Specialists, Product Owners, Architects, and HR stakeholders in a multidisciplinary Agile team.Act as a trusted advisor on Workday capabilities and best practices. What you bring6+ years of Business Analyst experience in complex environments.3+ years of hands-on Workday experience.Strong Workday configuration experience is essential.Solid knowledge of Workday Core HCM.Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.HR domain experience.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
