Quality, Testing & Frontend Engineering ExcellenceEstablish and maintain a test coverage target of at least 80%.Build and maintain a balanced testing strategy (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests).Promote Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) where appropriate.Ensure the performance, reliability, and maintainability of frontend applications.4. UX, Design System & User ExperienceWork closely with Product teams to challenge and improve UX decisions.Ensure accessibility, performance, and visual consistency across applications.Build and maintain a shared component library and design system.Use Storybook as the foundation for component development and documentation.5. Frontend Architecture & MonorepoOptimize the monorepo architecture supporting multiple React and React Native applications.Build and maintain shared libraries along with efficient, scalable build pipelines.Implement micro-frontend patterns to support progressive migrations using the Strangler Fig approach.You have 6+ years of frontend development experience, including at least 4 years working with React and React Native.You have successfully led React migration projects within complex or enterprise environments.You have strong expertise in frontend testing strategies (Jest, Playwright) and test coverage best practices.You have hands-on experience with multi-application/monorepo architectures (Nx, Lerna, Yarn Workspaces).You are experienced in designing and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries.You use Storybook as a central tool for component development, documentation, and quality assurance.You have a strong UX mindset and are comfortable challenging product decisions to improve the user experience.You are proficient with React state management patterns (React Context, etc.).⭐ Nice to HaveExperience with micro-frontend architectures (Module Federation, Single-SPA).Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).Expertise in frontend performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, bundle optimization).Experience with frontend CI/CD pipelines.Comfortable collaborating with backend engineers in a cross-functional, product-oriented team.
