Over the course of the past three decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.In our E-Commerce department, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, scalable, and high-quality product information across all our EU webshop channels, supporting seamless customer experiences and efficient digital commerce operations.For our office in Berlin (Kreuzberg), we're looking for a Product Content Manager (m/f/x).Your ResponsibilitiesEnsure high-quality, accurate, and consistent product data across our EU webshop channels and content systemsManage product attributes, taxonomy structures, and enrichment standards to ensure scalable and reliable product informationCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product setups are complete, accurate, and ready for a smooth e-commerce launchIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve product data inconsistencies, missing information, and quality issuesUse PIM tools and AI-assisted enrichment features to improve operational efficiency and data qualityUpload and maintain product pages, editorial content, banners, and landing pages within CMS and webshop systemsSupport seasonal launches, campaign go-lives, and onsite merchandising activities including sort order and platform updatesPerform large-scale product data validation and quality checks using Excel and structured workflowsCreate clear JIRA tickets, process documentation, and operational guidelines to support cross-functional collaborationYour ProfileBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Media, or a related field — or equivalent practical experienceSeveral years of experience in e-commerce content management, product data operations, or similar digital commerce rolesHands-on experience working with PIM systems and strong understanding of product data structures, attributes, and taxonomy logicExperience managing content within CMS or e-commerce platform environmentsAdvanced Excel skills, including formulas, structured data handling, and data validation processesStrong analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach to problem solvingHigh attention to detail and strong focus on data accuracy and operational qualityProactive, hands-on, and execution-driven working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyClear and structured communication skills, especially in written documentation and ticketing workflowsFluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
