Our Vision is to be the world’s leading and most valued generic and biosimilar medicine company.We are pursuing access to medicine goals in two areas:ensuring responsible access to critical antibiotics which is seen as the backbone of modern medicine, anddemocratizing access to biologic therapies through healthy competitionAs Anti-infectives platform Execution Senior Manager, you'll drive the execution of the IBP cycle at platform level by coordinating inputs, supporting forum facilitation, and ensuring timely delivery of aligned outputs.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate demand, supply and financial inputs across functions incl B2BEnsure data readiness and alignment prior to IBP forumsPlan and manage IBP cycle calendar and milestonesSupport and co-facilitate IBP forums (P&PR, DR, SR, S&OP)Structure issues into clear discussion topicsSynchronize/Integrate existing B2B FDF/API S&OP process with new IBP set-upTrack decisions, actions and escalationsEnsure follow-up and closure of actionsEscalate issues to Platform IBP Lead where neededEnsure adherence to IBP processes and standardsWhat You Need To Bring To The Role8–12+ years in supply chain, planning, finance or commercial rolesExperience in commercial planning, demand planning or S&OP / IBP environments including deep understanding of business processes in a vertically integrated platform (ie Anti-Infectives API demand- & supply management)Experience in S&OP / IBP processes involving 3rd party customer relationshipsStrong cross-functional exposure and business understandingExperience working in complex, multi-market environmentsStrong organizational and coordination skillsEnglish fluent is mandatoryWhat You'll ReceiveSandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement.
