Previous Salesforce experience is not required.Key responsibilitiesAssess the existing ServiceNow environment and contribute to the platform review.Administer, maintain and improve configurations, workflows and platform functionality.Support data extraction, mapping, transformation and transfer into Salesforce.Support Service Bridge and customer platform integrations to automate ticket exchange.Test, troubleshoot and document changes and integrations.Work with internal stakeholders and participate in occasional client conversations.Skills and experienceStrong ServiceNow administration and development experience.Ability to review an existing platform and recommend practical improvements.Integration experience is highly desirable, particularly APIs, data mapping and workflow automation.A structured approach to troubleshooting, testing and documentation.Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Relevant ServiceNow qualifications will be checked during the recruitment process.For more information please press apply now!
