Working closely with Product and Engineering, you'll lead optimisation initiatives across areas such as Core Web Vitals, application architecture and platform performance, while delivering new features that support our future roadmap.Your ImpactDrive the technical evolution of our platform, improving performance, scalability and maintainability across our comparison products.Lead optimisation initiatives focused on Core Web Vitals, page performance, caching strategies and technical architecture, helping us build faster, more reliable customer experiences.Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality features that support key project roadmaps while continually improving the existing platform.Take ownership of technical audits, identifying opportunities to reduce complexity and modernise legacy systems.Champion engineering best practices through hands-on development, thoughtful code reviews and mentoring, helping raise the technical bar across the teamWhat You'll BringExperience building and maintaining large-scale, customer-facing web applications.Strong PHP development experience alongside modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.
