Your responsibilities include editing HTML and CSS templates, creating and adapting letterheads, processing customer deals and support tickets, managing customer conversations, and ensuring that layouts meet individual customer requirements.You will work closely with the Customer Success, Tech Support, Billing, and Product teams to resolve customer inquiries and coordinate cross-functional topics.
