In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end operational supply chain processes, ensuring seamless collaboration between customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.You will play a key role in delivering excellent service while continuously optimizing efficiency, compliance, and performance within a dynamic international environment.This role will be a limited position for 2 years.Your Responsibilities:Drive smooth and efficient day-to-day supply chain operations across products, markets, and customer segments, balancing cost efficiency and service excellenceAct as the key operational interface to customers and suppliers, ensuring a high level of service throughout the entire order lifecycle, including after-sales supportSelect, manage, and develop logistics service providers to secure reliable and high-quality logistics performanceExecute and monitor business transactions in SAP (SD/MM and TM), ensuring accuracy and operational excellencePerform all relevant month-end and year-end closing activities within the supply chain scopeHandle external complaints professionally, including the preparation and follow-up of 8D reportsIdentify and report process deviations, contributing actively to continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with internal standards (ARIS, ISO, HELM principles) as well as external regulations such as dangerous goods, customs, and foreign trade lawsYour Profile:Proven experience in operational supply chain management, logistics, or a comparable role within an international environmentStrong hands-on expertise in SAP SD/MM, ideally complemented by knowledge of SAP TMSolid understanding of logistics processes, customs regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., dangerous goods handling)Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across customers, suppliers, and internal teamsStructured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven working style with a strong sense of ownershipExperience in complaint management (e.g., 8D methodology) and continuous improvement initiativesStrong communication skills and the ability to advise Sales and Product Management on supply chain topicsFluent Polish and English skills; additional language skills are a plusEvery day, each one of us contributes to HELM's success with competence, the highest expertise and unique service.
