Job DescriptionTo provide world-class technical support for in-service/delivered products and to influence maturity throughout the product life cycle to meet customer and business needs, ensuring Design Intent is met.To ensure the safe, reliable and cost effective product attributes are defined and maintained by means of through life modelling of product reliability, deterioration mechanisms, costs and help implement robust & cost effective solutions specifically for New Product Introduction (by means of FRACAS)Key AccountabilitiesInvestigate and resolve reliability and operational issues, identifying root causes and corrective actions.Monitor fleet and component performance, using data analysis and statistical methods to predict future reliability and risk.Support continuous product improvement through reliability management, quality assurance and service feedback.Develop and maintain lifecycle performance models, supporting optimisation and service validation activities.Identify requirements for new Health Monitoring System or capability.Prepare technical reports and presentations for customers, regulators and internal stakeholders.Ensure compliance with regulatory, technical and business requirements.Support knowledge management, best practice sharing and lessons learned activities across programmes.Key Experience & QualificationDegree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline.Good understanding of engine systems and components; engine controls knowledge is beneficial.Experience in technical problem-solving, reliability engineering or lifecycle management.Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.Strong customer focus, communication and teamwork skills.Self-motivated, proactive and willing to take ownership.Fluent written and spoken English.As part of your application please include a cover letter and any supporting qualifications (under Resume / Cover Letter Section).Application closing date: 08.09.2026Job CategoryEngineering for ServicesPosting Date25 aug. 2026; 00:08Sourced from LinkedIn.
